Purchases of Andrew Thiriot products via other retailers, wholesalers, online e-commerce websites are subject to the respective terms.
- Time to Request Refund/Replacement: 30 days from the date of order
- Type of Refund: Cash Refund or you may request a Replacement which, in some cases may be granted instead(see #7)
- Amount of Refund: A cash refund will include the total amount, plus taxes, not including shipping cost. A replacement, when approved, must be of similar value to the original order as determined in our sole discretion (#7).

- Reasons for granting refunds and in some cases replacements include:

- No reason for refund request
- Customer simply wants free products
- Replacements: You may request a replacement item instead of a cash refund. But replacing an item instead of a cash refund is at our sole discretion. Plus we may require you to return the undesired product. In this case you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the undesirable item. We will be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement and the cost of the replacement product.
